HOW LONG IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK A VEHICLE?
You may book a vehicle at any time. we suggest that once you book your stay at the Grays of Paradise then consider your UTV/ATV needs. You may even book your UTV upon arrival for your stay.
WHAT ARE THE PICK-UP TIMES FOR YOUR VEHICLES?
The vehicles are available 24 hours a day. You will receive an electronic key to your smart phone the day prior to your booking.
ARE THERE ANY EXTRA FEES?
You must provide a refundable $500 deposit for damage. When you book your vehicle, be sure to book both the vehicle and the security deposit. This deposit will be fully refunded immediately after inspection of the vehicle.
WHERE MAY WE USE THE UTV?
You are free to roam all 93 acres of the ranch Grays of Paradise. You may not take the vehicles off of the ranch for use anywhere else. There are numerous riding trails throughout the property. A map of the trails is available in the cabin where you stay. We recommend staying on the trails with the UTV for your safety and protection. Always take the provided bear spray with you.
HOW DO WE RETURN THE VEHICLE?
The return area is monitored by live security cameras. Simply return the vehicle to the same place you picked it up. replace the cover, replace the security chain and padlock then return the keys to the lockbox where you picked them up.
